Shipping info

All orders will take up to 48hrs to be dispatched (Mon-Fri, excluding public holidays) 

Please note that we are working as fast as we can to try and meet all delivery times but sometimes there may be delays. This can occur for a number of reasons including but not limited to courier delays, logistics or bad weather. If your package is delayed, please know that we will keep you updated as much as possible.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION  

Orders will be processed and delivered Monday-Friday, except in cases where there are national holidays. Be aware that when there are national holidays orders may experience longer processing and delivery times. 

SHIPPING 

Upon finalising your order, there will be a number of delivery options to choose from. We know you’re excited to get your latest TAIJA COLLECTION purchase, so we offer you the opportunity to select your preferred method during checkout.  Please note we do not ship to PO BOXES for our international customers. 

USPS DOMESTIC PRIORITY

 A flat shipping fee of $5 applies for all US orders (customs and taxes included) 

 

USPS INTERNATIONAL 

  • A flat shipping fee of $20 applies for all international orders excluding USA (customs and taxes not included

  • Up to 7 business days for delivery *PLEASE NOTE DUE TO COVID 19 THERE MAY BE DELAYS
  • Free Shipping for orders of $250 or more

 

    IMPORT LIABILITIES AND TAXES 

    If your order is dispatched internationally, it may have to be cleared through customs. As a result, there may be fees that have to be paid depending on the country. Please note that TAIJA COLLECTION does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. TAIJA COLLECTION will not be held liable or responsible for the custom delays, duties or taxes that may apply. 

    TAIJA COLLECTION is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

     

    If the customer does not collect their package/refuse import taxes and is returned to sender. The customer will still be liable for all import duties and return shipping fees. This will be deducted from your store credit.
