RETURNS
We hope you love your new Taija products just as much as we loved creating them for you. We do understand however that sometimes things don’t go to plan.
Here at Taija we do not offer refunds but will issue customers with a store credit if the item is in original condition. If the tags have been removed regardless of the circumstances the product is considered void. The customer will be liable for the return shipping cost for the item.
Please be advised we will only issue store credits once the product has passed quality control via the returns team provided that:
FAULTY GARMENTS
Taija will accept returns for items that are returned to our facility within 14 days of receiving the product.Items returned beyond this date will not be accepted by us and will remain the customers responsibility.
Please note we will not accept any returned items where the fault is caused by the customer.

In the rare event that you receive a faulty item, you are required to send photo evidence to info@taijacollection.com. If your claim is justified, you will be offered an exchange upon receiving the faulty item at our facility. Please note that Taija has the right to assess the age and condition of the faulty item. Unless the item is deemed a genuine manufacturers fault, exchanges will not be provided.
SALE ITEMS
Please note all general sale items including Black Friday items are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items.
COST OF RETURNS
The customer is responsible for the return cost of the item(s) to our facility. Any returned item(s) remain your responsibility until they reach our facility.
We recommend using a trackable or insured postage method. Taija will not be liable for items that do not reach our facility and cannot be tracked.
When returning your item, please include your details and completed returns form so we can process the return when it arrives at our facility.
